For when work is not working.

Advisory for the decisions, structure, and systems that determine whether organizational transformation actually sticks.

Most organizations are not lacking ambition or investment. What they are often missing is clarity in how decisions get made, how the organization is structured, and how those elements support change once a formal initiative is over. It is common to see AI efforts stall after a pilot phase, or operating models that look compelling on paper but never quite take hold in day-to-day work. Decisions that should move quickly instead stretch out over weeks, not because people are unwilling, but because it is unclear who actually has the authority to decide.

Unbroken Work brings senior, hands-on experience across organizational design, decision governance, AI readiness, operating model redesign, and change leadership. Just as important, this work is grounded in the ability to engage directly with leaders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, working alongside them in a way that reflects how organizations actually function.

Much of the advice organizations receive focuses on what is visible on the surface: improving communication, driving alignment, or facilitating workshops. Those efforts can help, but they often do not address the underlying issue. This work starts earlier, by examining the decisions that were never clearly assigned and the structures that were updated in theory but not fully carried through in practice. When those foundations are clear and intentional, communication and alignment become far easier to achieve and sustain.
